One day during a discussion about books, a friend recommended I read the story Examination Day by Henry Slesar. It took a while to finally find a copy, but once I read it, I understood why my friend recommended I do so. And for obvious reasons, I felt compelled to share it, so we added it to our Free Ebook Library.

“Henry Slesar’s 1958 dystopian short story Examination Day follows 12-year-old Dickie Jordan on his birthday as he faces a mandatory government intelligence test.”
